INTRODUCTION
"DS-HIBOND"
is
a modified Starch, especially developed for spraying applications by the
people having the unrivaled experience in the field of manufacture and
supply of Starch Spray Systems. It Is used on the wire part of writing/
printing/ newsprint paper machines to intensify following:

Bonding
between fibers / reducing fluff

All dry
strength properties (except Tear)
-
Retention
of fines / fillers
-
Use of
cheaper grade furnish for same final paper property
-
Improving
print results
APPLICATION
Its
slurry is sprayed on the wire part of paper machine at dose of 1 - 2%.

PREPARATION FOR
DESIRED RESULTS
Slurry
of 15 -35 gpl in is recommended. No
cooking is required. Complete cook out is accomplished in the drying
section of the paper m/c.
AVAILABLE PACKAGING
It
is available in 50 Kg. (or as per request) HDPE bags with inner liner.
HANDLING, STORAGE
& PACKAGING
Please take
following care during handling and storage :

Do not use hooks, drag
the bags on truck or any other platform.

Bags should be stored
on platforms, cleaned with hot air blower and kept covered with
clean piece of tarpaulin. Also ensure that storage area is dry,
covered, anyway, from humid and hazardous conditions.
