INTRODUCTION Problems associated with unclean felts are well known to the papermakers. To have a trouble free machine run, good productivity and paper quality as well as to enjoy full life of the felts, it is necessary to keep them clean. FRESHFELT keeps the felts clean to keep the papermakers away from the problems associated with dirty felts. It is from the house having unrivalled experience in the field of manufacturing and supplying Spray Starches viz. "DS-HIBURST" and "DS-HIBOND", high quality cationic starches "DS-CATSTAR" as well as oxidized starch "OXISTAR-HC". APPLICATION 1. Prepare 10 % solution (by mixing 10 parts FRESHFELT with 90 parts water). 2. Stir with hand throughly. BROAD TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Product : Non-ionic, formulated scouring agent Appearance : Transparent pale yellow liquid pH of 1% solution : 9.0 Miscibility : Miscible with water in all proportion Stability : very stable to hard water (upto 2000 ppm) & metal ions RECOMMENDED DOSE Usually a dose of 1 - 2 % on weight of fabric is employed. AVAILABLE PACKING It is available in 50 Kg. non-returnable carboys. |
