INTRODUCTION Recycling of waste paper has become essential from environmental point of view and in our country almost 1/3rd of the paper is produced from recycled water paper. In production of writing/printing grades it is essential to get rid of the ink present in the waste paper without damaging the fibers in the paper. It is, therefore, not only essential to detach ink particles from the printed surface but also to prevent them from setting on the fibers again by keeping them in suspension. These ink particles are subsequently to be removed by suitable floatation type deinking equipment. Ink detachment from the printed surface is essentially achieved in the high consistency pulper due to fiber to fiber friction. deinking chemicals are any way required to swell the fibers and also as surfactant, dispersant and collector. It is from the house having unrivalled experience in the field of manufacturing and supplying Spray Starches viz. "DS-HIBURST" and "DS-HIBOND", high quality cationic starches "DS-CATSTAR" as well as oxidized starch "OXISTAR-HC". APPLICATION "FLOATINK" is to be added in the high consistency pulper as per recommended dosage. It does not interfere with other chemicals like caustic, sodium silicate etc., which are normally added in pulper. AVAILABLE PACKING It is available in 50/200 Kg. non-returnable drums. Special packing can be arranged on request. |
