INTRODUCTION Foaming is a problem associated with paper industry and affects working of the machines adversly in many ways. It hampers not only the paper quality but also the production. KILFOAM-C is the right product to have a peace of mind by having freedom from the problem of foam. It is from the house having unrivalled experience in the field of manufacturing and supplying Spray Starches viz. "DS-HIBURST" and "DS-HIBOND", high quality cationic starches "DS-CATSTAR" as well as oxidized starch "OXISTAR-HC". APPLICATION 1. Prepare 20 % solution (by mixing 20 parts KILFOAM-C with 80 parts water). 2. Add this prepared solution at recommended dose. BROAD TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Product : Non-silicon defoamer Appearance : White viscous liquid pH of 5% emulsion : 6.0-7.0 RECOMMENDED DOSE 1. Addition quantity varies from mill to mill depending upon severity of condition. 2. KILFOAM-C is generally recommended @ 0.03 - 0.05 % (as such) dose. Accordingly add 0.15 - 0.25 % of the solution prepared as described in "APPLICATION" above. AVAILABLE PACKING It is available in 50/200 Kg. non-returnable carboys. |
