INTRODUCTION PERMASOFT-NS100 is a non-ionic softener for soft and smooth feel for cotton and synthetic fabrics. It is compatible with all types of additives in textile finishing. It has virtually no effect on shade and light fastness of dyeing and prints and is best suited for white goods. It is from the house having unrivaled experience in the field of manufacturing and supplying One Shot Size Mix SURESIZE and SURESIZE-H as well as other speciality chemicals for Textile Industry. BROAD TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Appearance : Semi solid, slightly transparent Nature : Non-ionic Constitution : Fatty acid derivative pH of 1 % solution : 7 Compatibility : With cationic, anionic, acids & mild alkalis. Active content : 98 % Stability : very stable to hard water (2000 ppm) & metal ions, stable to high drying temperatures, no yellowing observed on finished articles. PREPARATION OF READY SOFTENER FROM 100 % CONCENTRATE Take 80 Kg. hot water (70 - 80 °C). Add 20 Kg. NS100 flakes under continuous stirring with stirrer, till concentrate is fully dispersed in water. Cool down to room temperature. It will form a smooth, white, thick & stable paste. SUGGESTED LEVEL OF USE
