INTRODUCTION PERMASOFT-PRS100 is a non-ionic reactive softener which reacts with fabric giving soft feel. These speciality softener impart excellent permanent feel and fullness to the fabric. It is body filling agent for cotton, synthetic and their blends. It is compatible with all types of additives. It is from the house having unrivaled experience in the field of manufacturing and supplying One Shot Size Mix SURESIZE and SURESIZE-H as well as other speciality chemicals for Textile Industry. BROAD TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Appearance : Light Yellow Flakes Nature : Non-ionic Constitution : N-Methylol Bi Amide pH of 20 % paste : 7 Solubility : Soluble in hot water Compatibility : With cationic, anionic, non-ionic, mild acids & alkalis. Stability : Unstable in hard water. PRS-100 (HWS) is recommended which is stable in hard water. PREPARATION OF READY SOFTENER FROM 100 % CONCENTRATE Heat 80 Kg. water together with 20 Kg. of PRS-100 to 90-95 °C. Start stirring the hot mixture with high speed stirrer for 15 minutes to form smooth and homogeneous paste. Cool down to form smooth thick stable paste. SUGGESTED LEVEL OF USE
