INTRODUCTION SUREOL-52 is an antistatic coning oil used during texturizing / twisting / crimping of polyester filament yarn in texturizing machines. It contains emulsifiers and antistatic agents to prepare an excellent quality of antistatic coning oil. It is from the house having unrivaled experience in the field of manufacturing and supplying One Shot Size Mix SURESIZE and SURESIZE-H as well as other speciality chemicals for Textile Industry. BROAD TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Appearance : Pale yellow liquid Solids : 96 % Moisture : 1 % Max. (Kalf Fischer method) Solubility in water 10 % : Dispersible pH of 10 % solution : 7.5 - 8.5 Specific gravity @ 30 % : 0.935 - 0.955 PREPARATION Simply blend and mix SUREOL-52 with spray oil / white oil of a suitable quality as per following formulation.10 - 20 % SUREOL-5290 - 80 % White oil / Spray oil AVAILABLE PACKING It is available in 50 Kg.
