INTRODUCTION SUREOL-HS is specially developed reducing agent used in the reduction clearing processing instead of Sodium Hydro Sulphite and Caustic Soda. It is to be used self without Caustic because it itself decomposes the dye molecule which is then soluble in water and thus reduction clearing process takes place. Since there is no caustic soda in the process of reduction clearing there is no possibility of changing the shade or tone of the original color as well as hydrolysis of fixed color. Due to all these reasons the color gets its original brilliance and comparatively more color yield is obtained. SALIENT FEATURES 1. Non-hazardous chemical, non inflammable with water 2. Plain water wash 2. Degumming with 1 gpl SUREX and sulphuric acid 3. Wash with 1 gpl SUREX 4. Reduction clearing with 1 gpl SUREOL-HS and minimum quantity of caustic soda at 80 - 90 ° C 5. Reduction clearing with 1 gpl SUREOL-HS and minimum quantity of caustic soda at 80 - 90 ° C 6. Reduction clearing with 1 gpl SUREOL-HS and minimum quantity of caustic soda at 80 - 90 ° C 7. Plain water wash 8. Wash with 0.5 gpl acetic acid Centrifuge the fabric and dry it as usual on drying range or in stenter. FOR DYED POLYESTER FIBER/YARN/FABRICS AND THEIR BLENDS 1. Plain wash with water after dyeing in closed machines 2. Reduction clearing with 0.5 gpl SUREOL-HS and minimum quantity of caustic soda at 80 - 90 ° C for 15 - 30 minutes with proper circulation 3. Drain the liquor. Plain wash with hot water. 4. Plain wash with water if required 5. Neutralization with acetic acid. 6. Plain wash with water if required 7. Soaping and washing is as usual, if required8. Treat with softener, centrifuge and dry as usual.
