INTRODUCTION SUREOL-NSD is a washing agent for dyed and printed goods. It gives excellent fastness properties to various fabrics. It is from the house having unrivaled experience in the field of manufacturing and supplying One Shot Size Mix SURESIZE and SURESIZE-H as well as other speciality chemicals for Textile Industry. BROAD TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Appearance : Transparent pale yellow viscous liquid Nature : Non-ionic Constitution : Formulated product HLB value : 12 - 15 pH of 1 % solution : 9 Compatibility : With cationic, anionic & alkalis Stability : stable to hard water (upto 2000 ppm) and metal ions Solubility : Miscible with water in all properties PREPARATION OF 10 % SOLUTION FROM 100 % CONCENTRATE Take 10 Kgs. SUREOL-NSD concentrate and add 90 Kgs. water then stir with hand. APPLICATION IN SCOURING : Because of superior detergency, coupled with good emulsifying, wetting and dispersing action, it is widely employed in scouring and bleaching of cellulosic fabrics and their blends with polyester. Usually 1 - 2 % on weight of fabrics is employed. It is very stable to normal alkaline scouring liquors. IN WASHING OFF OF TEXTILES PRINTED WITH REACTIVE DYES : Because of superior dispersing and detergency properties it not only removes unfixed hydrolyzed dyes effectively, but also holds them in dispersible condition, thereby preventing redeposition. On printed cloth and leaving the printed good more brighter with excellent white ground. Recommended dose of 1 % on weight of fabrics. AVAILABLE PACKING It is available in 50 Kg. Carboys. |
