INTRODUCTION SURESOFT-100 is a non-yellowing cationic softener which gives outstanding soft feel without any change in tone of color. It is excellent for exhaust and padding method. It is also economical in use. It is from the house having unrivaled experience in the field of manufacturing and supplying One Shot Size Mix SURESIZE and SURESIZE-H as well as other speciality chemicals for Textile Industry. BROAD TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CONCENTRATED SOFTENER Appearance : Creamish flakes Nature : Cationic pH of 5 % emulsion : 4 - 5 Melting point : 65 - 68 °C Moisture : 5 Max. (by KF Method) PREPARATION OF READY SOFTENER FROM CONCENTRATE Take 80 Kg. water at room temperature. Add 20 Kg. SURESOFT-100 flakes under continuous stirring with high speed stirrer, till flakes are fully dispersed in water. SUGGESTED LEVEL OF USE
SYNTHETICS : 10 - 40 gpl of SURESOFT-100 in finishing bath. However, depending on the type of finish required & also the quality of fabric, the above concentrations may be varied. |
