INTRODUCTION SURESOFT-CS100 is a cationic softener for soft feel for hosiery cellulosic and synthetic fabrics. It is easily pourable and has outstanding softness with minimal effect on color fastness properties as well as hydrophillicity of treated goods. It also improves the sewability and handle of knitted goods. It gives exuberant softness and smooth silky feel for on Viscose, Nylon, Wool, Acrylic and Polyester Fabrics. The product is very suitable for fabrics processed for export, where outstanding softness is required. It is from the house having unrivaled experience in the field of manufacturing and supplying One Shot Size Mix SURESIZE and SURESIZE-H as well as other speciality chemicals for Textile Industry. BROAD TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CONCENTRATED SOFTENER Appearance : Yellowish Brown Hard Solid Solids : 92 + 1 % (by oven method) Moisture : 3 Max. PREPARATION OF 20 % PASTE FROM 100 % CONCENTRATE Take 80 Kg. hot water (85 - 90 °C) preferably soft water. Add 20 Kg. CS-100 concentrate and stir very slowly till material gets properly dispersed. Cool the paste and your 20 % CS-100 paste is ready. BROAD TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF READY SOFTENER Nature : Cationic Appearance : Pourable creamish paste Constitution : Carboxylic amide derivative pH of 1 % solution : 5 - 6 Compatibility : Compatible with cationics, nonionics and to mild acids; stable to hard water upto 1500 ppm.
