INTRODUCTION SURESOFT-CS16 is a cationic softener which improves the sewability and handle of knitted goods. It also improves drawing and winding properties of yarn. It has outstanding softness with minimal effect on color fastness properties on yarn and on effect of whiteness of treated goods. It is from the house having unrivaled experience in the field of manufacturing and supplying One Shot Size Mix SURESIZE and SURESIZE-H as well as other speciality chemicals for Textile Industry. BROAD TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CONCENTRATED SOFTENER Appearance : Darkish Brown Hard Solid Solids : 98 + 1 % (by oven method) Moisture : 5 Max. PREPARATION OF READY PASTE FROM 100 % CONCENTRATE Take 80 Kg. hot water (85 - 90 °C) preferably soft water. Add 20 Kg. CS-16 concentrate with continuous high speed stirring for 15 minutes. On cooling you will get a smooth paste which is your ready to use softener.
