INTRODUCTION
SUREX is an excellent wetting - rewetting - dispersing agent. It is used for desizing of Cotton, Viscose and Synthetic Fabrics. It is a blend of different surfactants balanced in such a way that it gives excellent wetting and rewetting properties under all the conditions of Textile Processing. BRIEF PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
SUREX is clear liquid miscible in cold water in all proportions. Thus SUREX has an edge over OT paste. SUREX also does not contain any insoluble materials generally present in OT paste.

APPLICATION
DESIZING
It is recommended to use 0.2 % on weight of the fabrics to give very good penetration so that enzymes act effectively.
BLEACHING
In order to get best and uniform bleaching, it is most essential to have very good wetting to Textiles. SUREX at the concentration of 0.2 % on the weight of the fabrics gives uniform wetting to the fabrics. Being very easily soluble in water it serves this purpose best as there is no undesirable chemicals left in SUREX. It does not hamper the bleaching process.
DYEING
It is recommended to use 0.1 % before dyeing the goods. This helps in getting uniform dyeing with better color yield.
PRINTING
It is advisable to pass the bleached goods through 0.1 % solution and dry before sending the goods to printing. This helps in getting better absorbency to the goods which gives better color yield and uniform printing. This also helps in getting good penetration particularly in reactive printing.
